New Hurricane Information Posted

 Updated hurricane preparedness information has been posted to Notices.

The Phase II July 2024 Newsletter has been posted to the Owners General Information and Milestone page since it contains milestone updates. 

The approved Phase II 2024 Budget and Reserve Schedule has been posted to the Owners Budget Information page. 

A new Milestone Update Letter from the Board has been posted to the Owners Budget Information page.

A Jensen Beach Causeway Construction Project has started and is scheduled for completion in the Summer of 2024. Additional details from FDOT can be found on the Special Events page. 

Bluestream has started installation of the new fiber to units at Fairwinds Cove. A briefing update has been posted to the Owners General Info page.

An updated Phase II information booklet has been added to the Current Documents page. You will need to sign-in to review or download this booklet. 

The new Recreation Association Articles and Bylaws did not get approved by the members. 

A new Building Information Page has been established! Here you will find documents related to our Phase II buildings. The first documents loaded are the Wind Mitigation Reports. These reports may be used to possibly lower your insurance costs for your condo. 

Procedures have been changed for parking reassignment. The Current Documents page now has the form that needs to be filled out if you want to change your parking spot either through mutual agreement between owners or when a unit is sold or transferred.

The Phase II Board during a special board meeting on April 29, 2020 approved the overnight parking for pickup trucks that meet certain rules. The main highlights of the rules are that the pickup truck must fit within the assigned parking space, be a standard small pickup, be non-commercial, no signage, bed must have a cover, and it must be specifically approved by the board. A Truck Approval Form listing all the rules and the process to get your truck approved is located on the Current Documents page.
